At Mitre, we stand by the quality of our sporting equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. We want to ensure every athlete is fully satisfied with their gear, whether you are playing on the pitch or training at home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mitre account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective inflation packaging for footballs, into a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
